Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, a second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and a third pool with zero-entry, as well as an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and a new sunset bar, Costa Chica. DETAILS: Located in the Crossing District at 160 East Royal Fern Way, "Blessings by the Sea" encompasses a fresh and relaxing ambiance from the soothing neutral tones and chic designer finishes throughout. From the moment you walk inside, you will be enthralled by the beauty of this home as the open-concept floor plan allows a great flow for guests to enjoy the kitchen, dining, and living room area. Custom bright white cabinetry, quartz countertops, premium stainless-steel appliances, and plenty of seating options make this kitchen a dreamy place for entertaining. A gorgeous first-floor primary suite offers a king bed and a private bathroom with marble finishes, a glass shower, a separate soaking tub, and a large walk-in closet. On this main level, there is also a half bathroom and laundry room with a convenient space in the adjacent mud room for keeping your beach gear during your stay.  
  
Moving up the stairwell, the second floor features a secondary living space with a flat-screen TV creating the ideal setup for kids or teens to enjoy a space of their own in addition to three beautiful rooms on this level and a second half bathroom. The first bedroom features a king bed and a private bathroom with a shower and tub combination. The second king bed guest room offers access to the shared bathroom with a shower and tub combination as does the third bedroom that hosts two built-in twin-over-twin bunk beds.

#### Very nice home close to everything

We enjoyed the home and wveryone had a comfortable space. The pool is a little small but was still fun at the end of the day. The only other thing I would have liked is a bathroom for the bunk room so they had their own space. But the other bedrooms were great. Having access to all the watercolor offers was amazing. The house was big enough to host another family as well very comfortably. Overall I would recommend the house.
