After staying previously in Cassine Village, and enjoying the location and proximity to the beach, activities, and restaurants, we decided to return. We had not stayed at this particular property before but we werent disappointed. The property management company was top notch with communication.
This was our first time to this beach. We absolutely fell in love. The townhome was perfect for my family. The upstairs did stay hot/ warm at night. But over all we loved it and will be coming back.
Very clean and well equipped - no grilling allowed - 0.4 mile walk to beach
Everything quite good. Very clean and well equipped.
Just 2 complaints I saw have been recurrent in its log for quite some time are:
a) curtains so thin you will wake up with sunrise
b) strong AC downstairs but super weak AC upstairs
The fact that grilling is not allowed and it is a relatively far from beach (0.4 mile walk) are deal breakers for us.
We have visited Seagrove beach numerous times over the last 10 years. We love the location and have always had a wonderful time. This was our first year staying in Sandpiper and we were not disappointed. The little touches made such a difference from decorations to tennis rackets and bikes available for us to use. The walk to the beach was easy and the community pool was right around the corner. We will definitely be staying here again!

We had a great time! This unit has been renovated and we loved it. The additional bathroom on the ground floor was very convenient. Cassine is very quiet and we loved the front deck off the master bedroom in the evenings, the nature trail through the cypress forest and the location close to Cafe 30A and Angelinas Pizza. The walk to the beach is a little longer but not bad as most of it is through the complex.
Location was great. Easy checking and everything went smoothly. We have stayed at Cassine Gardens for the last 7 years for our summer vacation. This place been another great choice.
Great, clean property. Loved the double balconies, the amount of toilet rolls, dishwasher fluid & towels there were😀 Bikes were a plus but may need a little maintenance. My son fell off quite badly after the chain came off mid cycle. All in all a fabulous holiday had by all, we will certainly be back. Thank you
Very nice place. Exceeded our expectations. Had everything we needed and then some. Easy walk to the beach, food, and ice cream. Had fun playing tennis as well. Would definitely book the place again.
I LOVED this place! We have stayed on 30A for years and it has gotten so crowded that this precious, quiet little oasis was just what we needed! It was extremely clean and nicely decorated. We had everything we needed and more. I was so excited about the chairs, umbrellas down wagon for the beach. The nature trails were a beautiful bonus as well. Would definitely recommend!
First time staying in this neighborhood we’ve been coming to 30a for several years. Love the privacy and the trails of cassine gardens. This was an extra bonus for us. House has everything we needed to prepare meals, comfortable beds , tastefully decorated and within a short walk of the pool. Good communication with the property manager. Very clean too!!Overall great place and will visit again!!
We really enjoyed our stay. The cosmetic updates in the townhome were very nice and it was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials and the owners kindly allow use of beach chairs and a wagon for convenience. Would definitely stay here again!
We had a fantastic time at this condo. It was just the right size for our family (two adults and two children). I liked that the short walk to the beach and that they had everything we needed for fun at the ocean (a wagon, sand toys, and chairs) in the outside, front closet. The condo was very clean, but the only negative was that there was someone else's hair on and around our sheets when we arrived. I think it just didn't come out in the dryer. Oh well!

Pool is small and does not allow to do social distancing. But it is fine for normal conditions.
We've been staying on 30A every summer for 14 years. We usually stay in a Cassine Garden condo because we like the neighborhood and feel safe there. This was one of the 2 best we have ever rented in Cassine. Very well stocked in the kitchen. Well stocked with towels also. Owner/mgr very helpful. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Wouldn't hesitate to rent again.
It was wonderful. Even better than expected. Stayed in one 2 years ago 2 doors down and this was even cleaner and nicer than the other one. Nancy was great and helpful!
The townhouse is exactly as described. The kitchen had everything we needed. The living room was relaxing. The beds were very comfy. We liked the location: close to the tennis courts and pool. Nancy, the property manager was very helpful when we were having issues with the air conditioning. She communicates quickly and effectively. We've been coming to 30a for 18 years and so disappointed to see that the beaches have become very crowded due to private property owners claiming their part of the beach which in turns limits places to set up chairs. We did however, go to the local state parks that have beautiful beaches and not so crowded. But all in all this trip was still a great family tradition. Thank you.
