Cassine is very quiet and we loved the front deck off the master bedroom in the evenings, the nature trail through the cypress forest and the location close to Cafe 30A and Angelinas Pizza. We usually stay in a Cassine Garden condo because we like the neighborhood and feel safe there. This was one of the 2 best we have ever rented in Cassine. Very well stocked in the kitchen. Well stocked with towels also. Owner/mgr very helpful. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Wouldn't hesitate to rent again. ##### Donna B. The kitchen had everything we needed. The living room was relaxing. The beds were very comfy. We liked the location: close to the tennis courts and pool. Nancy, the property manager was very helpful when we were having issues with the air conditioning. She communicates quickly and effectively. We've been coming to 30a for 18 years and so disappointed to see that the beaches have become very crowded due to private property owners claiming their part of the beach which in turns limits places to set up chairs. We did however, go to the local state parks that have beautiful beaches and not so crowded. But all in all this trip was still a great family tradition. Thank you. ##### beth b.
