We've stayed at another unit at this development before and this property is nicer. Only issue we had is that the second bedroom has a queen bed instead of singles which caused some drama between our tweens (wish there were two beds), but we knew that from the pictures before we got there, property was accurately depicted in the description so I can't fault the property for that. Everything worked well, had lots of beach gear we utilized (chairs, umbrellas, fishing pole, stand-up paddle board, etc.), comfortable beds with high end linens. We'll be back! ##### Elizabeth C. The private beach was a HUGE bonus, we never had to fight for a good spot no matter the time of day. The beach itself didn’t disappoint either. We had days of crystal clear water and a big white sandy beach with ample room from the waters edge to the sand dune. We took frequent short walks to The Blue Mountain Bakery and The Blue Mountain Creamery. The Blue Mountain Bakery had a really great breakfast and The Blue Mountain Creamery had amazing ice cream (flavors change daily and never disappointed). There were also a couple of walking distance restaurants that we will try on our next trip back. The photos of the condo were accurate, it was clean and quiet. The location is absolutely perfect for a chill family time. There are tons of great restaurants and shops nearby. The condo was decorated beautifully and the property managers were super responsive to the small issues that arose. Overall, highly recommend this property! ##### Emilie M. Perfect place to stay, beach access was awesome, the unit was very clean and has everything you could need. Located close to great food, easy drive to Destin but no need to really leave the area….Breathtakingly beautiful and very accommodating in making sure your stay is great. A very minor thing…the mattresses could be a bit more comfortable but nothing to hold you back from renting this beautiful piece of heaven! ##### Melissa R. The best part is the private beach. We had so much space and the kids loved it. The management company was super helpful, they responded very quickly. We would stay here again. ##### Vinh H. We have stayed all over 30A and this hidden gem is our favorite of them all! The property has been renovated and is very clean, fully stocked, comfortable and lovely. The view from the townhome and private beach access is unbeatable as we had plenty of space to spread out all week! We enjoyed walking to many places including the bakery, market, Blue Mabel, and to Blue Mountain Creamery (best ice cream on 30A) every evening. I almost hate writing this review about this place because I don’t want anyone complicating our future bookings! LOL! Everything about or stay was incredible! The townhome was in excellent condition. Housekeeping did an incredible job preparing it for us. Exceptionally appointed in every detail. Booking our beach chairs was so easy. Management checked on us the 1st night to make sure everything was in order. We had a small leak issue that was attended to quickly and turned out to be nothing at all. Management was quick to respond to that need and we didn’t have to be there for them to check it out. This was our first visit to this townhome and second visit to this property. You will not be disappointed. It is quiet and the true beach experience we love. Can not beat the proximity to the beach!
