The condo features one bedroom and additional sleeping accommodations. It can host up to six visitors. This makes it the perfect getaway for a family trip or a retreat with friends. The condo’s interior embodies beach relaxation. Hardwood floors and parchment-toned walls extend throughout the living area. Pale blue accent pieces and coastal wall art contribute to the relaxed vibe. The open floorplan and sliding glass doors make the living area seem even more spacious and inviting. A comfortable seating arrangement consists of a patterned armchair and a cream-colored couch that doubles as a queen-size sleeper sofa. The chair and couch are centered around a woven rug and coffee table. The setup faces a blue cabinet and a wall-mounted TV for entertainment. Glass doors lead to a balcony, where outdoor furniture provides a place to take advantage of the fresh air when not inside. Next to the living area, a round table with four chairs sits beneath a beaded chandelier, creating a cozy dining area. The brightly lit kitchen includes a breakfast bar with stool seating beside the dining area. It also has plenty of counter and cabinet space for storing vacation goodies, cooking up meals, mixing cocktails, and serving up tasty snacks and appetizers. The property was very clean and perfect for our stay. We love staying here because it’s very convenient to the things we most enjoy on 30A. The bed was very comfortable and the simple decor was perfect. I do think this property is a little more pricier than some others we have used in the same complex, so that is a drawback. The communication was very prompt. We wish the internet connection were better. It was difficult to watch TV at times and you couldn’t connect your phone and watch at the same time. We asked about coffee and were told it was stocked with a Keurig, but then found a drip in the cabinet. We purchased one when it wasn’t necessary. My only other request would be extra toiletries. The bed squeaked so terribly, and there was no curtains on the window - meaning the sun woke you up blaring in your eyes every morning at 5 am. All of the air vents were completely rusted (GROSS) and the overall quality of the condo was just plain DIRTY! Floors weren’t clean upon arrival either. This condo is very outdated and if you look on the Beachwood Villa site they have way better units (updated and clean) for cheaper than this one was listed. I will never rent from this company again. However, what I was given from VRBO in my confirmation email was a different unit altogether. We were placed in this one-bedroom (no bikes) in the same apartment complex as the studio apartment...but it was not what I clicked on to book. We didn't catch the mistake until we stepped inside and I thought ("huh..this looks different than I expected.."). This unit was a good size but it was dirty, even after the cleaning crew came back a second time there was still hair on the base boards and debris/crumbs littering the corners. The bed sheets were slightly stained (we were given new ones after the cleaning crew came back and we changed our own sheets). Not the best experience. Not sure what happened but feels like a bait and switch by VRBO. We called and didn't get anywhere with customer service, they couldn't even locate my reservation so I had to email it to them. ##### Hillary E. I know this is a beach property but felt that it could have been much cleaner. There was sand everywhere including the sofa and there are areas in the bathroom and kitchen that needed more attention. Renting the condo was an easy process. Communication with the company was easy, I had some questions they were easily answered with a phone call to a helpful associate.
