The living area provides ample and comfortable seating for everyone, while the dining table comfortably seats 6 guests. Additional seating for 2 can be found at the counter adjacent to the well-stocked kitchen. The spacious king master bedroom offers access to the balcony, where you can enjoy partial beach and Gulf views. The master bathroom features a walk-in shower and a vanity. The second bedroom also boasts a king bed and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom, which is equipped with twin over twin bunk beds. The shared bathroom includes a tub/shower combination. The beds were very comfortable. Location was great, very short walk to the beach. Only downside is the property is on the third floor which was rough with a 3 year old after a long day at the beach, but doable. The location was perfect to the beach. We only rode the golf cart one time during a 7 day stay and walked every time after. Timothy and his property manager were great to work with. They both responded almost immediately to any questions we had. The only thing that would make it a perfect stay would be a little bigger patio and facing the ocean! This little condo is the \*perfect\* example of how great design can make any space feel spacious and cozy! The two king sized rooms are on opposite ends so there was ample privacy and the bunk room with its trundle bed could house 5 kids if need be! I so appreciated all of the drawers and hooks so that we could keep all of our stuff organized and tidy. The kitchen was well stocked and TVs in every room a bonus! Only thing to note is that we flew in and didn't have anything to use in the showers or coffee for the morning so even just 2 pods and some sample shampoos would be a huge bonus for families like ours. Beautiful property and convenient to the beach. The property was clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. I enjoyed staying in this location.
