Escape to Admiral Boom’s, a colorful and inviting beach retreat tucked within the iconic community of Seaside, Florida. This spacious home comfortably sleeps eight and greets guests with its playful red, white, blue, and yellow facade, framed by lush greenery and a charming gated entrance. The expansive front porch is the perfect spot to soak in the salty breeze, offering a lighted dining area, a classic bench swing, and a cozy Adirondack seating nook on the side deck—an ideal spot for evening cocktails or morning coffee.  
  
Inside, you’ll find an open, airy interior that exudes coastal charm. The front living area includes a plush sofa, two club chairs, a card table, and a flat-screen TV, creating a comfortable gathering space for movie nights or quiet afternoons. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals, offering generous cabinet space and a dining table for four, plus a breakfast nook that seats two more.  
  
A king bedroom is located on the main level, tucked toward the back of the house, featuring a built-in reading nook, plenty of natural light, a small closet, and convenient access to a shared bathroom. This bathroom includes a glass walk-in shower and single vanity.  
  
The second floor hosts two additional bedrooms, a playful bunk nook, and access to two breezy porches. The primary suite features a king bed, a private sitting area with a sofa, mounted flat-screen TV, reading lights, and direct access to a private porch with a swing overlooking scenic Forest Street. The en-suite bath includes a walk-in glass shower and a single vanity. Down the hall, the bunk nook with twin-over-twin beds is tucked behind a pocket door, and a queen bedroom opens onto a private balcony with a hammock—perfect for lazy afternoons.
