If fishing, crabbing, and relaxing at the beach are favorite activities for your vacation, All's Well is the ideal family getaway for you. Located on a beautiful Dune Lake in Seagrove Beach, this family house offers 4 bedrooms that sleep 15 with a large open living area. Enjoy expansive lake views from this elevated floor plan with open wooden decks across the back, and a 3rd floor outlook for gulf views and sunsets.

This lake place is just a short walk to white sand beaches and surf. Whether you fish from the dock or just enjoy the peaceful activity of the lake and neighborhood beaches, All's Well should be your family's destination for your next vacation.

* Pet Friendly: This property is pet friendly! If bringing a dog, please contact Reservations as an additional non-refundable pet fee will be added to your booking. A maximum of 1 dog is allowed at a maximum of 30 lbs. Please see our rental policies for further details.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Great location!
We enjoyed our 3 night stay at All's Well. The property is in a prime spot for kayaking and beaching. The house was spacious and had great views. As the other reviewer's note, the property is older and has seen better days but it was the right price for us. Just know that going in. If you have $15k to spend on a house for a week, this probably won't come up on your search anyway.

Location was great !!!
Location was great and with that we may rent again however the property is in desperate need of updates. The Bones are great and so much potential but GREATLY DATED Kitchen counter has some cracks chips, microwave handle was taped on, ice/water component of fridge not working, heating elements of stove were not sitting in space and stove was all chipped, mattresses were yuky (some stained) Outdoor furniture could also be updated and cozy....we at the beach and wanna be cozy outside and sleep like a rock at night. We all agreed, location was fabulous!!! Besides the bones of the house (which really could be fabulous), don’t expect to much!! And remember Your at the beach ;)

Older house, great location and value
Came down with two families and based on previous reviews this house exceeded our expectations. Everything functioned, clean, nice views, easy access to beautiful no crowd beach. Easy biking to all areas. Would definitely rent it again.
