Pull-out couch was nice for my son's friend. They had planned to share the room, but he realized my son kicks in bed and found the couch more comfy :). We usually rent a large home with a pool and guest house, but this was perfect for our trip. It's close to everything - square, beach, pool - literally steps away. The kitchen had a wonderful layout and the bathrooms were recently remodeled. Our only disappointment was the beds seemed smaller than Queen-sized and the master bed was fairly uncomfortable. It’s off of a walking path, so you don’t get any street noise. The cottage was clean upon arrival, though could use a few small updates (new carpet in bedroom, freshened up paint, strange small toilet seat that slides off of the toilet!), but overall such a beautiful, well-stocked space.
