Spacious, lovely and comfortable for a large family or group of friends. Bedrooms are large and quiet. Bathrooms are plentiful.This house offers every amenity of "home". Our large family was able to gather in the great room or on the wonderful screened porch. The home was large enough for all to find private areas when needed for rest or reading. Very desirable location for walking to Beach Club and Boathouse pools. Walking to Seaside shops and dining was very easy , as was walking to the Watercolor restaurants and shops. This is a perfect retreat and made our vacation one that we want to repeat next year! The property was even better than pictured, lots of open space, loft area fabulous for kids, large kitchen with bar, large bathroom with tons of storage, and washer & dryer inside the house! Rental is close to 2 pools including the awesome Gulf front pool, shops, restaurants, and short stroll to Seaside as well. Tons of bikes provided, a nice grill, and the pool table was a great bonus! Reviewer Comments: Well located, well maintained residence with plenty of room for a large group of adults and children. The "carriage house" will pool table was a plus and was far enough away from the downstairs living area that the children's noises were not bothersome.More than ample parking and just a few steps from the pool and from the beach as well.The house was very clean on arrival and immediately felt like home. Reviewer Comments: This was our 5th reunion at Watercolor and the best! We loved the home location and its size, but the home is getting a little tired. The upstairs clothes dryers need repair, as does the ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms. Kitchen could have been cleaner and at least a little organized. Reviewer Comments: Cole and Jennifer were terrific to work with. We had been trying to get back to this home for years but times were always booked. Cole called us when it came open we booked right away. The home is perfect for our large multi-generational family with it's many king rooms , bunk rooms each having their own private bath. Easy walking distance to beach and lake areas and the various activities as well as to Seaside. There is even a wonderful green space directly across from the home where we played with little ones, took family photos and did yoga. To tell you just much we love it- home is already booked for next summer and we don't intend to lose our week again! Reviewer Comments: Our extended family of 18 has stayed in various locations within the Watercolor community but this, by far, is everyone's favorite. The convenient location of the home to the Beach Club, the beach, to Seaside, to the shops, pools, etc. make it a perfect fit for families with young children who may need to grab a nap or food items without having to trek far. The front porch was our favorite spot with enough seating for most of us. There were more than enough bikes of varying sizes for us to use. This is a very "liveable" home, and the less than perfect marks I gave it for "general condition" and "cleanliness" were simply due from it being USED! We will certainly book this home again for another perfect vacation in one of our favorite places!
