Looking for a spacious home near the beach that’s ideal for gathering with family and friends? Welcome to Just Add Salt, a four-bedroom, four-bathroom retreat in the gated community of Sunrise Beach on the south side of 30A. With room for up to 12 guests, this home offers Gulf views from the balconies, a private pool, and easy beach access via two walkovers just a short stroll away. Whether you're relaxing by the pool or taking in the coastal breeze on the balcony, you'll love the blend of comfort and location.  
  
Start your mornings with coffee and conversation on the balcony while soaking up the beach view. Inside, the first floor offers 2 twin beds with built-in trundles that sleep four, plus a guest bedroom. Head upstairs to the main living area and settle in with your group on the cozy slipcovered sofas for movie nights. A fireplace adds warmth on cooler evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials including a Keurig, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and microwave to make mealtime a breeze. Gather around the dining table that seats eight, with four more spots at the island. Another guest bedroom with its own balcony and an adjoining bathroom is located on this level.  
  
On the top floor, the primary suite offers the best Gulf views, a fireplace, and private balcony, a favorite spot for winding down. There’s also a queen bedroom with its own bathroom and balcony, giving everyone a comfortable place to recharge.

From March through October, two beach chairs and one umbrella are included with your rental, perfect for full, carefree beach days. Optional pool heating and a private grill at the side of the house are also available, perfect for casual cookouts during your stay.

Enjoy live music and craft drinks at Growler Garage, savor seafood and sunset views at Shunk Gulley or Vue on 30A, and grab a cup of coffee from Sunrise Coffee. You’re also just minutes from Local Catch, The Perfect Pig, Pazzo Italiano, Mimmo’s 30A Ristorante Italiano, and Shelby’s Beach Bar and Grill.  
  
Your stay at Just Add Salt comes with Xplorie’s top activities! Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Each bathroom has toilet paper, facial and bath soaps, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Towels include one body towel and washcloth per guest, plus two hand towels per bathroom.
