This property is amazing. It is in a great community that is friendly and quiet. It is right across the street from one of the pools. Unfortunately, the nice infinity pool was closed the majority of our stay and it was not communicated from the host in advance. We were told owners were notified in March. Additionally, the biggest problem we had was with Real Joy vacations who manages the property. Upon arrival, the master suite sheets had blood on them, the comforter was dirty, and the mattress cover had other blood stains. We requested new materials be brought. I had to ask multiple times and finally they dropped off new sheets only and left on the dining table. It was my responsibility to strip the old linens. The comforter was never replaced. On the fourth day there the dryer quit heating. We turned in a request but nothing was done. After asking multiple times for an update, we were told maintenance was on site currently. We were home at the time and no one was there. The dishonesty with Real Joy continued when asking for towels to be replaced since the dryer was not functioning. Again, multiple requests were put in and finally they were dropped off and left on the front porch in a bag. We were told they couldn’t enter the property w/o us present. Another lie. They had entered the property on day two to leave sheets. Lastly, wristbands are required for the pool areas. The contract stated the house comes with 8 and we only had 7. Asked for replacement and never received.
