Its clean and has everything 1 or 2 adults need for a nice stay. The owner is very responsive. The only issue we had was the individuals in the apartment above us were very noisy, sometimes into the night. This isnt the fault of the proprietor, just something to be aware of so you can bring earplugs, etc, if needed. Great spot for a family vacation. It was close quarters, but we didn't mind, because the beach is so close. The weather was beautiful.
