Located in the popular Gulf Mist subdivision, with this home you'll also have access to the beautiful community pool as well! The 1st floor of this home is the main living area with a spacious kitchen overlooking the beautiful dining area. Everything is light, bright, and beachy here. Out the back door is a gas grill and fire pit area with more seating for all of your outdoor gathering needs. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs to sleep 8 comfortably. The 2 guest bedrooms share a large hallway bathroom with dual sinks and tub/shower combination. All bedrooms have TVs as well as access to the balcony. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. We liked the layout, with all bedrooms upstairs (beds were very comfortable) and an awesome upper screened porch. Having three full baths would have made life easier with four coed teens, but we managed fine aside from some minor inconvenience. The downstairs is spacious and we never felt crowded. All appliances worked great, and the back patio with fire pit was fun for s’mores and just hanging out. The location was perfect for us. It’s a quick walk to the beach and a short bike ride to Seaside. The kitchen could use more knives for food prep (we only found a couple steak knives), more airtight containers for cut up fruit and leftovers, and some serving trays. Overall this is an amazing rental and we would definitely stay here again! ##### Diana E.
