My 2 adult daughters and I loved this townhouse. Fantastic location and very safe for females traveling alone. 3 min easy walk to beach access and within short walking distance for shopping and restaurants. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The only issue we had was the batteries dying in the door lock but someone was there to fix it within 20 mins. Also had a brand new washer and dryer when we arrived. This townhome couldn’t have been in a better location. It has several restaurants and shops in walking distance and most importantly the beach access almost directly across the street. The home was clean and the space/beds were comfortable. We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) and it was exactly the amount of space we needed. The location is excellent, a very short walk to the beach and one of the community pools. This is the third time we’ve stayed in the Cassine community and really like it. All you need is a swimsuit and a beach towel...everything else is taken care of. Our family had a blast here and everything was so convenient...with a Mexican restaurant, a gift shop, Pizza, bike rentals and an ice cream parlor literally next door to the property. The beach access was excellent for being on the north side of 30A, maybe a 5 minute walk to the beach. Being out of Seagrove roughly a mile kept us from most of the traffic and there were some nice amendities that we could walk to easily. Our host was great in her communication and made herself available if needed. Always quick to respond to my emails and any questions. Kitchen was well stocked with all cooking essentials. The laundry and hose situated on the back patio was brilliant. Didn't bring the sand in the unit. Close to beach, pool, and restaurants. Unit was even cuter than the photos, was clean, and the management company was very responsive and helpful (all by text which we prefer!). The location of this unit cannot be beat. We parked our car and didn't drive for 7 days. We walked everywhere - coffee at donut hut (across the street), beach every day (and didn't have to rush for a spot - plenty of room at the One Seagrove public beach), Seaside for lunch and dinner (15-20 minute walk). Tennis courts and pools were convenient and never crowded too. We would definitely stay here again. It was a quiet oasis surrounded by Spring Break fun. ##### Juliet R. The beach access is right across the road and the pool is just steps out the backdoor. The beach was amazing every day. The gorgeous color of the water and the crystal clear water was unreal! Our family of 4 were very comfortable. The unit is nicely decorated and clean. I cooked several meals while staying there and had everything needed. The washer and dryer was in an outdoor closet and we used it many times drying wet clothes and towels. Also in that closet were a wagon, many beach chairs, sand toys and umbrellas. This was great to have, however one of the umbrellas was half broken, but it still worked. We drove to Panama City one day and took our sons on the Pirate Cruise, which they loved. We also ate at the Mexican restaurant right beside the neighborhood. From talking to some regulars, it’s very consistently good food. The ice cream shop and beach store was also great to have just right beside us. This is right on 30a so it’s very close to many small beach towns/communities that we drove to and walked around. We enjoyed our stay very much but feel that the property needs quite a bit of updating. We had friends staying in the same complex but their condo was completely renovated for the same price. From booking the stay, getting into the property, the amenities available on the property, to the beautiful condo itself and it's location - everything was Wonderful! The condo was great for our stay with everything available to cook with that met our needs. The wagon and chairs for the beach were a great extra, and we were really glad to be able to use them. We found the location great for walking to the beach and a few close restaurants. The beach is just a 3-5 minute walk away and it is a perfect place to lay out your things and enjoy the water. Sunsets in the evening from the beach are great! The condo's location to Seaside, Rosemary, and some of the other small beach towns was very convenient.
