Located 8 km from Alicante airport (without any nuisance).
Gran Alacant is situated on a hill overlooking the bay of Alicante.
From the kitchen window there is a magnificent view of the hills and the urbanisation is accessible via secure gates.
There is a car park just in front of the house, a terrace downstairs with barbecue and another sunbathing area upstairs with folding sunbeds.There is a supermarket opposite and also restaurants bars.The place is very quiet with a swimming pool to share.The living room opens onto the kitchen with all the equipment you need with a hallway to separate the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom with shower There is wifi and also a satellite dish with English Spanish French channels and c For longer periods there are price discounts contact me.

Better as a summer rental
In February, there was a lot of humidity in the apartment so everything, even the sofa and towels were wet and smelled damp. I understand this is a problem in Gran Alacant.

We had a wonderful stay here! Definitely deserves a 5 star!
This lovely and cozy bungalow has evertyhing you need to have a comfortable and pleasant holiday on a very reasonable price. Very well equipped and maintained, fast wifi and plenty of tv channels you can chose from in different languages. Everything is in great working order and the apartment is very clean. Good size bedrooms with built in wardrobes and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen and the lounge is very bright and spacious. Good size terraces upstairs & downstairs where you can enjoy plenty of sunshine and have a bbq. There is also a lovely and well maintained pool 15 metres away from the apartment if you fancy a swim in the morning :) Plenty of parking spaces available and it's a gated, very safe and quiet community. The location is great! There is a supermarket 50 metres away, the beach is also close (20 min walk/5 min by car), plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, shopping centre nearby and the view is amazing! Easy access to the main road and nearby towns, golf resorts, beaches around Costa Blanca. The owner is very helpful and flexible. Overall i highly recommend this bungalow and i would definitely chose to stay here again! Thank you! Marianna

A very pleasant apartment.
A little daunted by the 3 flights of stairs (not mentioned)' TV not working for 3 out of the 4 weeks, the swimming pool locked up for the duration, although the board at the gate showed winter opening times, the apartment terrace is in shade most of the day and the pool had really nice sunny spaces to sit . The plus points outweigh the negatives, we had 4 weeks very nice weather, not a drop of rain. A really excellent supermarket on the doorstep with a fantastic butcher/deli and in store bakery.

Perfectly fantastic!!!! Beautiful little casa, fantastic location, totally professional people :)
This is such a lovely urbanisation, the casa has all you would need, complete with kitchen appliances, washing machine, iron, TV etc. I stayed here for 6 weeks and honestly have not one negative thing to say about it. The area is perfect, its quite high which gives amazing views across to the mountains. The beach is beautiful, there are buses 2 minutes from the cases to Santa Pola (8 mins) and Alicante (40 mins) cost 1.50 euro's. The people I have dealt with to book and collect keys on arrival are so professional and friendly. I will definitely stay here again and would hightly recommend. Go and live the dream!!!

Logement propre, fonctionnel et à portée de tous commerces : supermarchés, restaurants, plage, piscine collective… Le logement est loué , bien équipé. Peut-être ajouter un petit mot pour dire que l’on a le droit de se servir de tout : produits lave vaisselle fourni, pour le sol…De mon côté, on a pas osé « toucher à tout »😂😂 Merci beaucoup à une prochaine fois sûrement.
