SITUATION:
1.5 km from the beach, between Alicante (15 km) and the urban center of Santa Pola (8 km). The nearest urban center. Arenales del Sol (2 Km.)
COMPOSITION:
Large urbanization on a cliff that descends to the sea composed of terraced single-family bungalows. Apartment with 1 double bedroom, dining room-living room, bathroom, open kitchen with washing machine, furnished terrace and parking in the urbanization. All with T.V.
AMENITIES:
Large garden area (25,000 m2), snack bar, 4 swimming pools (2 adults and 2 children), 2 tennis courts, mini-market and playground. 700 m away Great supermarket
INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Equipment (Bed linen only), water, electricity (50KWH / week for type A, 60KWH / week for type B and 70KWH / week for type C, additional electricity consumed by the customer is not included and will be paid by the customer to € 0.22 / KWH), weekly change of clothes, use of swimming pools and tennis courts.
NOT INCLUDED:
Obligatory cleanning charge 95€/ 2 pax, 100€/ 4 pax/ 106€/ 6 pax/stay. Possibility of renting towels € 3 / person / week direct payment.
