🕒 Use: The reading room is a shared common area. We ask that you keep your voice down to respect the rest and concentration of other residents.📅 Hours: Every day from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

💪 Gym: Keep up your workout routine and stay active during your stay.

🕒 Usage: The gym is part of the complex’s common areas. We appreciate it if you wear appropriate workout clothes and shoes, and clean the equipment after use to keep the space spotless for everyone.📅 Hours: Every day (Monday through Sunday) from 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

🌅 Building Rooftop (Rooftop Terrace): The perfect place to watch the best sunsets and enjoy an incredible panoramic view of the ocean. An ideal outdoor common area to relax, chat, or simply enjoy the sea breeze at the end of the day.

🕒 Usage: Since this is a shared common area, we ask that you take care of the furniture and keep the space clean. Please remember that private parties and excessive noise that disturb the peace of the building are not permitted.

To ensure a safe, peaceful, and pleasant environment, access is restricted to guests listed on the reservation, who will be able to fully enjoy the apartment and the common areas.

🛎️To access the facilities, you must purchase a wristband at the property’s front desk for $12.500 per person. Payment is accepted exclusively by credit card. Please be sure to purchase and carry your wristband to fully enjoy the pools and common areas without any issues.

🏊‍♂️🏋️🛝It features common areas for the whole family to enjoy: a pool with a panoramic view, separate pools for adults and children, a hot tub, a sauna, a Turkish bath, a gym, a reading room, a massage room, a business centre, and an outdoor playground.

Safety: For your peace of mind and safety, please turn off the gas valve every time you finish cooking or when you leave the unit.

A break for you and the planet: Please turn off the air conditioning, televisions, and lights whenever you leave or if you leave the windows open. Reducing energy consumption is vital for conserving resources and a fundamental step towards protecting biodiversity and the environment

Be careful with the breeze and air circulation: In Santa Marta, there are times when the breezes are very strong. If you open a window, the front door, or the patio door, secure interior doors and lightweight objects to prevent them from being knocked over, causing damage, or leading to accidents. Remember that if you decide to enjoy the natural breeze, you should turn off the air conditioning; reducing energy consumption is vital for conserving resources and protecting our region’s environment.

Laws We Comply With: Protection of Minors: In accordance with the provisions of Article 17 of Law 679 of 2001, and the regulations of Law 300 of 1996, Law 1336 of 2009, and Law 1098 of 2006 (Code on Children and Adolescents), tourists are advised that the sexual exploitation and abuse of minors in the country are considered crimes and are therefore subject to criminal penalties. Minors will not be permitted entry unless accompanied by their parents or legal guardians, who must provide valid identification (ID card / passport) or a civil birth certificate.

Guest Registration and Data Protection: In compliance with Article 22 of Law 2068 of 2020 (Accommodation Registration Card—TRA), Article 4 of Resolution 2357 of Migración Colombia (SIRE Report), and Law 1581 of 2012 on the Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that the full names, types, and numbers of identification documents for all occupants (including minors) are required prior to arrival.
