The property itself was beautiful. The pool and the security guards were awesome. Besides that it was terrible. My family and I arrived to a dirty apartment the sheets smelled like they haven’t been washed in months. The sink had hair and the shower was clogged with hair. There was a leakage in the kitchen the washer wasn’t working. And after I sent them pictures and videos, they told me I had to pay for cleaning service. And to top it off the manager in charge was very rude. She told me if I did not pay for the cleaning service that she was going to lock me out. Just the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with.
