Short walking distance to supermarket and good restaurants. Great to be able to take the train into Rome and come back to a peaceful oasis!"

"Francesco's property is in the middle of the old town and makes for a very picturesque location. The property has all you need (including air-conditioning for the hot summer months) and is within walking distance of the large supermarket, the beach, and several restaurants. The owner is very responsive and provided many tips and suggestions while we were there. Overall, an absolute must-visit!"

"Wir haben eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung vorgefunden mit einem wunderbaren Blick vom Wohnzimmer aus direkt auf das Meer. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet. Hinzu kommt, dass uns Simona mit vielen Leckereien überrascht hat. Die Betreuung durch Simona und Laura bei kleinen Hindernissen war umgehend, super organisiert und immer zuverlässig! Herzlichen Dank hierfür und die wertvollen Tipps! Passoscuro ist für uns optimal gewesen, Ruhe zum Erholen und nahe an Rom für Tagestouren. "

"Amazing huge villa that was perfect for our family vacation. Super clean, zero problems in two weeks stay. Close to Rome, lake towns and shopping. Great kitchen for cooking for a crowd. "Was traveling for a cruise leaving from the port with my family and found the VRBO as a new listing! The hosts were very accommodating and helpful. We got lost trying to locate the VRBO and they came to help us find the location and with our luggage. As many places in Italy, there is no elevator so be prepared to go up some stairs. The area was great, very walkable with good food and stores near by. The host also helped us find transportation to the port which is difficult to come by. The...

La maison est jolie, elle a l'empreinte du temps mais a été joliment modernisée ans le respect des pierres.elle se trouve dans la vieille ville d'anguilara sabazia, une des 3 villes autour du magnifique lac Bracciano.il y a un parking Payant à 150 mètres de la maison - pas facile de trouver une place le soir, mais beaucoup de choses peuvent aussi se faire à pied - dans Anguilara en profitant des jolies ruelles de la vieille ville : restaurants, lac etc... le petit jardin...

"We rented Villa Bougainvillea for 12 nights and had a wonderful time! The kids were rarely out of the pool. The pool was a perfect size for four kids aged 4-13 and had a good cleaning system so always felt fresh. Rooms were spacious and with sturdy furniture. The host (A.) was quick to answer any questions on WhatsApp. Good with a car since the road up to the house is steep, but this is well compensated by the gorgeous view."
