DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY ON THIS HOTEL (unless you are on the run and trying to hide out in a hell hole!) The stench of rotting fish was atrocious and completely horrible. The ongoing new construction was intolerable. There was no hot water in the shower and the air conditioning was super loud and inefficient resulting in horrible conditions. The staff were far less than helpful.

Amazing location with a beautiful view. Hotel is in easy walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Also easy access to public transportation. The property is rundown and in need of some care and attention. Staff were on-sight but mostly sitting around and not interested in doing their job. The same dirty ashtray and broken glass laid by the stairs/entrance for 2 weeks. Bottles, ashtrays and dirty dishes were left by the beach chairs overnight. Guests regularly cleaned this up so they could use the chairs and umbrellas. Patios and steps were never swept. Room was thick with greasy dust in the kitchenette, on the bedroom ceiling and on the fan. We weren't expecting much from a 2 star hotel but when we saw staff around and nothing basic being done it was disappointing.

No hot water for showers. Taking cold showers in the morning sucks! Not so bad in the afternoon as it is hit but facility says hot water where is not. A lot of rust in the showers, shower water is rusty at first, and smells moldy in the rooms.

If you stay here, be sure to book a room on the waterfront. Otherwise, you are in a very small room across the street on a narrow road that can get very busy evenings, weekends and holidays.

Worse hotel around Mazunte
Horrible hotel. The pictures that they show are not the rooms that they give you. The lock on the door looked like it could be picked with a hairpin. The rooms were dirty and damaged. Light bulbs were missing and paint was peeling everywhere on the walls. The room was across the street and not even in the same building that they show on their website. I stayed in much better hotels along the coast both north and south of here for much less. Really felt ripped off.

Por favor, cambien las sábanas cuando el personal de limpieza ingrese a las habitaciones. Eso se hace en todos los lugares que cobran alojamiento. Y también deberían checar sus techos, ya que un día nos llovió y se estaba filtrando el agua a la habitación.

Excelente ubicación, está tan cerca de la playa que duermes con el sonido del mar, muy mágico; no hay TV pero su wifi está bien; personal muy amable. Su área de oportunidad es la cama, muy mal demasiado dura que rompe el objetivo de descansar.

Leider entspricht das Zimmer nicht den Bildern. Wir bekammem ein Zimmer in einem anderen Gebäude, welches weder Meerblick noch Sicht aufs Meer hatte. Auch die tollen Hängematten gab's so natürlich nicht.. das Zimmer war sauber aber die Betten sind sehr klein und unbequem und nicht gemacht für 2 Reisende. Das dazugehörige Restaurant scheint gut zu sein und auch durftrn wir nach Check-Out unsere Rucksäcke dort lassen. Englisch spricht niemand.
