The Space:
CasaInspira is a boutique property on a hillside in Mazunte, Oaxaca, with approximately 5,000 m² of land and 1,500 m² of architecture. Booking the entire property gives your group exclusive use of its five independent units, communal spaces, gardens, terraces and parking.

The property includes five different spaces:
• SOL: a 200 m² Master Suite with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area, two private terraces, a king-size bedroom with air conditioning and a private spa area.
• TIERRA: a 100 m² loft with a king-size bed, air conditioning, kitchenette, desk and private spa.
• CIELO: a 70 m² duplex loft with air conditioning, kitchenette, desk and private terrace.
• AIRE: a 40 m² open-air bungalow with a double bed, private bathroom and kitchenette.
• ECO: a compact 25 m² room with a single bed, private bathroom and kitchenette.

The indoor and outdoor spaces combine polished concrete, natural materials, light and ventilation. The property is arranged across different levels of the hillside, with views of the ocean, Laguna Ventanilla’s mangroves and the mountains.

Guest Access:
A full-property booking gives your group exclusive use of all five units and CasaInspira’s common areas, including the 130 m² open-air palapa, terraces, gardens and parking.

During an exclusive booking, these shared areas are not used by guests from other CasaInspira units.

The Neighborhood:
CasaInspira is located on a peaceful hillside in Mazunte, surrounded by vegetation and natural landscapes, with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, Laguna Ventanilla and the mountains. It is an ideal setting for travelers who want to relax, enjoy nature and escape the noise while remaining within reach of the village.

Mazunte offers restaurants, cafés, small shops, local markets and relaxed beaches. You can also explore Mermejita Beach, Punta Cometa and the Laguna Ventanilla ecological reserve.

The property is set in a natural hillside environment with slopes, stairs and paths that may be uneven.

Getting Around:
CasaInspira is located on a hill, and access routes include slopes and stairs. Walking times to the village and beaches depend on the route and individual walking pace.

Local mototaxis and taxis are available for more convenient transportation, especially at night or when carrying luggage. On-site parking is available for guests arriving by car.

For visits to Punta Cometa, San Agustinillo or Laguna Ventanilla, we recommend asking the CasaInspira team about local transportation options.

Other Things to Note:
The property is built on a hillside with slopes and stone stairs connecting the units and common areas. This layout should be considered when planning your group and may not suit every guest with reduced mobility.

The reservation is for accommodation. Organized retreats, workshops, commercial events or additional services require separate prior coordination and authorization.
