"Villa Vernaschi – Heart of Le Marche"

Villa Vernaschi welcomes you to the heart of the Marche countryside, in a setting that only this part of Italy can offer: rolling green hills, with the mountains looming just around the corner. Fully restored to meet the latest earthquake-safety standards, the villa showcases its authentic Marche character.

The pool was completely renovated in 2025. It’s generously sized, with a sun terrace complete with umbrellas and lounge chairs. Guests also have access to a large garden where children can run and play, and a patio with a wood-fired oven and barbecue—perfect for al fresco dinners overlooking the garden and the countryside, turning your evenings into something to celebrate.

The villa is now divided into two self-contained apartments, both reserved exclusively for guests, with a total of five bedrooms. Each apartment has its own kitchen and living room, giving everyone privacy whenever they want it, while the layout also makes it easy to spend time together: you can choose to cook, have lunch, or dinner in just one apartment or make use of both.

This home combines the joy of shared moments with the freedom to enjoy your own: a space that welcomes larger groups without ever sacrificing intimacy. Ideal for two or three families or groups of friends who want to share their holiday while maintaining their own space. All the bedrooms and full bathrooms are upstairs, while the ground floor houses the kitchens, living rooms, and two powder rooms with utility/laundry facilities. Since the bedrooms are upstairs, please keep a close eye on young children, as the villa does not have stair gates. Sleeps up to 6 adults (3 couples) plus 5 children or teenagers.

During your stay, a member of our staff will perform routine pool and skimmer checks, discreetly and without prior notice.

Check-in is between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.; check-out is by 10:00 a.m., with no exceptions.

A pre-cleaning fee applies, payable in cash at check-in, covering garden maintenance, linens, and the initial sanitisation of the house. Please read the booking terms carefully.

Regarding cleaning at check-out, the villa must be left tidy: dishes must be washed and put away, used linens left on the floor, the refrigerator and freezer emptied, and the house, garden, and pool area cleared of trash. Any violation of the house rules is subject to the terms set forth in the rental agreement.

In accordance with Italian short-term rental regulations, consumables such as food or extra toilet paper cannot be left in the house. Only the initial set of linens (sheets and towels) is provided, with no replacement during your stay; pool towels are not included. If you’d like cleaning services during your stay, we’re happy to put you in touch with local providers, to be paid directly. Firewood for the barbecue and other extras are not included, but are easy to find nearby.
Free on-site parking is available for a strict maximum of 5 cars. Electric vehicle charging is not available. For the safety of both guests and the property, CCTV cameras are in operation in the outdoor areas only. There are no cameras inside the house.

A security deposit is required. It is paid directly through VRBO, not to us, and refunded within seven days of check-out, following a thorough inspection of the property.

The villa does not provide any services directly, but you’re welcome to contact local businesses for a private chef, an in-villa pizza chef, cleaning services during your stay, boat trips, meal delivery, firewood, Italian-speaking babysitters (subject to availability), and a personal interpreter/translator.

The property is not suitable for groups of young people looking to party with loud music into the early hours.
