While we were aware of some elevation and rockiness, it exceeded our expectations in difficulty. "Bel appartement qui pourrait avoir un très grand potentiel. Il est bien situé. Il y a une odeur des eaux usées qui dérange et l'eau du lavabo de la cuisine prend beaucoup de temps à s'évacuer. Rénovations mineures à prendre en charge. Le problème de lavabo pourrait être résolu en 5 minutes. "
