There was a severe ant issue in my room. I filed three complaints and was told they would be addressed, but they were not. The ants invaded our suitcases and personal handbags. Good thing I had Lysol, so I used it to clean out my suitcase and personal handbag before departure.

I was charged twice for the entire stay. Prepaid on Expedia and they insisted I pay in full again at check in. I got it resolved when I checked out and left a day early - without refund of course. Main road on Google Maps to resort was closed for work - nobody told me and then Google Maps wouldn’t direct me to the resort. Luckily was daytime or I would have slept in my car. They also emailed me
And sent me to the wrong resort to check
