Great location, lovely hotel and attentive staff

Wonderful weekend stay in Lisbon. Our small group really enjoyed our stay in Lisbon.We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment with terrace,which was perfect for our needs, the apartment was a really quirky design and spotlessly clean with some great extra touches e.g bottle of wine on arrival, dressing gowns chocolates,and free toiletries. The communication with the hotel was great they were very helpful answering any questions we had and arranging transfers. We also loved the breakfast arrangement - each day our breakfast was brought to the room and included fruit cereal,bacon,scrambled eggs,pastries,yoghurt,toast coffee and juice.The breakfast ladies were also very friendly and helpful. All this alongside being in a fabulous location close to all amenities made for a wonderful stay.If we ever visit Lisbon again(which I’m sure we will) We would definitely book these apartments without hesitation. We like this hotel very much. We arrived with friends who stayed last year in this hotel. Their recommendation was great.

Front desk should have been friendlier and more helpful. A map and clear directions would have been appreciated. Breakfast and breakfast staff were outstanding ! Carpets are dirty and should be replaced in hallways. Interesting shower set up water leaks o to the floors.

Absolutely loved staying here. Everyone we encountered was very nice and helpful. It is the perfect spot if you want to spend some time in Lisbon but don’t want to be around the hectic night life. The resort is super clean and parking is everywhere. The only thing is the smell of the air freshener they use on the hallways. It is very strong and really doesn’t smell good.
