"This hotel is not even close rating 4 stars. It needs a major face lift: mold/dirt on balconies outside, inside the vinyl furniture is torn or has holes in many places and housekeeping took our extra pillows saying we were not allowed to have them! In our first room, the AC did not work at all and shower was terrible. Staff WAS very helpful and easily gave us another room. The AC in the second room at least worked though not well at all. "Absolutely horrible place. They were so rude. My contact prior to the stay with Monica was so nice I was excited by my 4 night stay. Upon my arrival I asked directions from Giovanni and he couldn't assist giving me directions from the bus stop to hotel. Note only main bus stop so he had to know.
