  • Villa Martina is located in Can Picafort. This spacious house has over 180 m2 divided into 2 floors. The house has been carefully furnished. Around 800 square metres of terrace and garden form the core of this property, where there is an 8 x 4 metre swimming pool. The house has a barbecue so you can enjoy meals with family and friends.

    This villa stands out for its location, 50 metres from one of the best white sand beaches in the north of the island.

    On the ground floor there is a living room with a panoramic TV where you can enjoy movies with your family. We also have a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. They also have a toilet. There are three double bedrooms on the upper floor. Also a full bathroom. A large balcony with views of the pool and garden.

    In Can Picafort you can do all your shopping in any supermarket and go to the restaurants in the area. In just a few minutes by car you can also reach the nearest beaches such as Playa de Muro, Puerto de Alcudia...

    It is the perfect house for your holidays.
