- Enjoy an unforgettable stay by the sea in this welcoming home with a private pool, located in Can Picafort and comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests.
The outdoor area is perfect for making the most of Mallorca’s great weather. You will find a 4 x 3 meter saltwater pool, 1.60 m deep, surrounded by sun loungers for relaxing and sunbathing. The terrace features a barbecue, ideal for outdoor meals. On the first floor, there is a pleasant porch with outdoor furniture—an ideal spot to start your day with a peaceful breakfast.
Access to the house is via the ground floor, where you also have space to park your car. Stairs lead up to the upper floor, where the entire living area is arranged on one level.
Inside, you will find spacious, bright rooms designed for a comfortable holiday. The living room has air conditioning and a Smart TV, and is connected to the dining area. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob and everything you need to prepare breakfast or family meals. There is also a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
The house offers four bedrooms: three with single beds and one with a double bed. All rooms have air conditioning, and one features an en-suite bathroom with a shower. A second full bathroom serves the rest of the house. For families with babies, a cot and high chair are available on request.
