It sleeps 6 guests. This wonderful house has a fantastic private salt swimming pool, - 8 x 4 m and 1 to 1.5 m deep -, 6 sun loungers for sunbathing, as well as several terraces perfectly furnished to prepare delicious barbecues outdoors and enjoy the good weather with an aperitif or a drink. The beach is only 300 metres away, so you can reach it on foot at any time. The terrace has an outdoor shower. Inside you will find a spacious living-dining room, perfect for organising memorable banquets and relaxing in the company of the SAT-TV. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, everything you need for cooking and a practical table with chairs for a quick coffee or breakfast. The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are three bedrooms with air-conditioning, wardrobe and fan, two with two single beds, and the last one with double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and air-conditioning. A cot, a high chair, a hairdryer and 5 fans are available. Finally, the independent bathroom of the house is with shower. The property is located in Can Picafort, a coastal town perfect for those in search of peace without giving up fun and enjoyment. It is in fact, a relatively quiet place but lively at the same time, specially during the summer, with a wide range of services like bars, restaurants, ice-cream parlours, supermarkets, etc. Its promenade by the sea is ideal for a walk with the nicest views. We absolutely loved the villa’s outdoor area with its shade from the awnings and covered bbq and dining area and plenty of seating. The fresh pool was brilliant and was cleaned every other day. Inside all the amenities you would need are provided. An added bonus would have been some kind of welcome pack of water and things to make a drink with, as we had to literally go shopping as soon as we arrived, but apart from that a great stay. ##### martin c. In walking distance to beach and local cafes and restaurants, as well as supermarkets (lidl a 5 minute drive away). A highlight was getting up early to see sunrise over the mountains, walk east along the coast for the best views. We went in October and had some 30 degree days, the pool and sea were colder but we still went in for short swims. Refreshing in the heat! The garden has a great seating area for outdoor dining. Die Fotos sind geschönt. Die 207m2-"Villa" ist ein 120m2-Bungalow (15m x 8m Wohngrundfläche), der Wand an Wand zum Nachbarn steht (sehr hellhörig). Das Haus ist eine schlauchartige, dunkle 4-Wohnung. Im Sommer müssen wegen der Hitze alle Fenster geschlossen bleiben, da die Einzimmerklimaanlage kaum die beiden andere Schlafzimmer mit herunterkühlen kann. Die Unterkunft ist sauber aber abgewohnt. Die Küche und ein Schlafzimmer beherbergte Kakerlaken. Das Hauptbadezimmer, stank teuflisch nach Verwesung und musste stets verschlossen bleiben, anderenfalls stank das ganze Haus, wenn man nur einmal die Tür öffnete. Auch der Besitzer konnte bei Vororttermin keine Abhilfe schaffen. Die Adresse bekommt man auch nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen und komplett bezahlter Miete erst 2 Tage vor Ankunft. Wirklich schön ist nur der Pool und die Aussensitzanlagen. Das ist einfach viel zu wenig für den hohen Preis. ##### Frank Z. Leider kann die eigentliche Wohnung hier nicht mithalten. Diese ist doch insbesondere was die Küche und Bäder anbelangt sehr in die Jahre gekommen und verbreitet einen (abgewohnten) 70er Jahre „Charme“. Auch die Elektrik ist teils sehr bedenklich wenn man mit Kindern reist. Wie an so vielen Stellen wurde hier seit Jahrzehnten nichts mehr gemacht und Steckdosen liegen ohne Verkleidung offen in der Wand.
