Holiday Inn Express Vitoria by IHG
All was good plenty of parking don't know if its safe as its very open just luck i suppose. Not impressed with the breakfast not much choice any food that was supposed to be hot was cold no microwave, the bacon was not cooked along with the tomatoes (they were the only hot food offered)

Hotel Plaza de la Paz
The parking was very close and easy. Our room had a great view over the main old town square and there was a couple local cafes within a few meters.
