About this property

The Parador | Communer 3 | Downtown

  • Communer 3 is part of The Parador, a nearly 200-year-old former farmhouse with a vibrant and layered history, quietly set in the heart of historic downtown Santa Fe. Once a working homestead and later a gathering place for creatives and free spirits, the property has evolved into a thoughtfully curated hybrid hotel that honors its past while offering modern comfort and intentional hospitality.

Staying in Communer 3 places you within one of the most storied portions of the property. The space reflects the soul of the Parador—grounded, warm, and quietly inspiring—designed for guests who appreciate character, calm, and a strong sense of place. Historic elements, natural textures, and a restrained palette create an atmosphere that feels both rooted and restorative, ideal for rest, reflection, or creative focus.

The Parador celebrates the intersection of multi-disciplinary and intercultural creatives, mindful travelers, and art aficionados from around the world. This spirit of curiosity, creativity, and connection is woven throughout the property, creating a stay that feels intentional rather than transactional.

Communer 3 is well suited for guests seeking a quiet retreat with depth and history, while remaining close to Santa Fe’s galleries, dining, and cultural landmarks. Whether you’re visiting for inspiration, rest, or exploration, this space offers a rare opportunity to stay within a living piece of Santa Fe’s architectural and cultural heritage.

We are a self check-in property designed for ease, privacy, and flow. From the moment you arrive, everything is set up so you can move at your own pace—no front desk, no lines, no interruptions.

Our approach is what we call invisible service: the details are carefully considered in advance, so support is there when you need it and unobtrusive when you don’t. You’ll receive clear check-in instructions before arrival, and our team remains available remotely throughout your stay should anything arise. Housekeeping and operations staff may be on site occasionally, ensuring a pleasant stay behind the scenes.

Light construction is occurring on the property through September. Current rates reflect this. That being said, we're excited to announce Wellness offerings available for your use beginning July 2026. These amenities include a cold plunge, hot tub and sauna.

PLEASE NOTE THAT STARTING ON MAY 12, 2026 WE WILL NO LONGER BE OFFERING BREAKFAST. WE REQUIRE ALL GUESTS TO COMPLETE A RENTAL AGREEMENT AND SECURITY DEPOSIT.

clean, simple room. perhaps a little too simple— room lacked a table and bathroom could use towel hooks for wet towels. quiet, convenient location, easy enter/exit. currently undergoing some construction, shared lounges were similarly a little too sparsely furnished.

Beautiful room! Great location a short and very lovely walk to the main square. Parking was very easy and the hotel is so clean and quiet. Would definitely hear again when back in Santa Fe!
