PARKING: Please note that due to the short-term rental ordinance in Santa Fe, guests must use designated off-street parking spaces before utilizing street parking. If you need to park on the street please only park in from on our home only. If it critical that you do not park in front of our neighbor's home. Please help us maintain the quality short-term rental market in Santa Fe and be courteous to our neighbors by parking in the driveway when possible.


Trip Cancellation/Interruption Insurance:
It is highly recommended that guests purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of emergency/bad weather, snow/ice, Covid-19 bans/restrictions, etc. as NO REFUNDS/EXCEPTIONS outside of our stated cancellation policy will be given unless there is a mandatory evacuation in our area. Please check what your credit card covers. You can also visit the 'Insure My Trip' or 'Squaremouth Travel Insurance' website for Cancel for Any Reason insurance options which usually run about 5-10% of the cost of the booking.
