There was graffiti in the tiny almost nonexistent parking lot, some guy yelling in the distant in the dark. Right away we didn’t feel it was a safe area. The map labeled it as the detention center. The hotel smelled, especially the room. The pool was closed by the health department and the lady behind the desk didn’t even notice me because she was too busy talking about how all her friends got incarcerated and why. We left immediately.

The hotel should be called disconfort in. Dirty, internet does not work in the room, TV did not work, swimming pool closed due to contamination. horrible and rude staff. They literally don't care about the guest. I don't know how this hotel has such a good score. It was the worst hotel I ever stayed at.

We got there and the indoor pool was closed which was a bummer bc tat was the main reason we booked the place. The concerning part was it was closed by the City of Santa Fe for safety and sanitation issues. That’s a concern too. Also, the walls and ceilings are thin and upstairs neighbors stomped above us all night long. So we didn’t sleep very well and then the coffee is terrible at the breakfast bar. We were very disappointed.
