The neighborhood is quiet and the casita has a cute patio that is fenced and gated for nice evenings outside to enjoy. The location is on a quiet street but still perfect for walking to the plaza, etc. and the property manager was very responsive. Kitchen was well-equipped and the water pressure is better than I’ve seen at many rentals east of the Mississippi. But the place needs a bit of love, looking pretty shabby.
