Die Küche hat nur eine in die Jahre gekommene Minimalausstattung und könnte mal einen IKEA-Einkauf vertragen. Küche, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine pp. und auch die Bäder zeigen offensichtliche Pflegedefizite, insbesondere Folgen von Verkalkungen u.a. Ablagerungen.
