Charming 130m2 house with capacity for 5 people and 3 bedrooms located on a 5000m2 plot of land a short distance from the town of San Carlos, where there are restaurants, shops and bars. Also very close is the famous Las Dalias market. Within walking distance you can enjoy the wonderful northern beaches such as Aguas Blancas.

This typical Ibizan style house has a single floor with different heights, ideal for relaxing and enjoying your vacation.

The house has:

- Fully equipped kitchen, with Nespresso coffee machine and open to the living-dining room.
- Living-dining room with air conditioning, television and stove, direct access to the pool area.
- Master bedroom with double bed 150 x 200cm and bathroom with shower en suite. Air conditioning in the bathroom.
- Bedroom with two single beds, independent access and air conditioning.
- Bedroom with single bed (90x180 cm).
- 1 bathroom with shower.
- Large exterior with 5 x 6m pool, sun loungers, covered outdoor dining area, portable charcoal barbecue and beautiful gardens full of plants.

The single bedroom is connected to the bedroom that has 2 single beds and these two bedrooms share the bathroom with shower.

It also has an alarm, cot and high chair, and the possibility of adding an extra bed upon prior request.

Great Place To Chill Out
Casa Patri was exactly what the doctor ordered. A week of total tranquility. Not a place to stay if you're looking for the livelier side of the island. The pool was lovely, and the house was very tidy. Recommended.
