Perfect gem of a hotel, with incredible sea views, amazing food and wonderful staff! The pool is wonderful and the light evening entertainment with Cuban musicians and pianists was incredible. And the hotel is perfectly situated from just a 5 min stroll from all the bars and restaurants of Santa Eulalia; plus if you want to party - Ibiza Town and Playa D'Bossa are just 25 mins away by taxi. We cannot wait to return!

Super friendly staff, everyone was so welcoming and attentive, always with a smile! Breakfast was good, only thing to note is the beach could’ve done with a clean up and the rest of the property was so slick, but lots of washed up sea bed just made the beach look untidy. Otherwise zero bad points!

The hotel is lovely with really friendly staff, Antonella stood out for us. Everything about our stay was excellent apart from two things. 1. The room was compact with very limited storage space. Hanging space for about 6-8 items between two and 4 small drawers. 2. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night on two nights, one night twice and the other once. A fault and someone smoking in the room was to blame. We should reiterate that this is a lovely hotel, one of the best in the area, within walking distance to all the shops and restaurants and very attentive staff who make the stay really pleasant. Breakfast is excellent too. We will definitely return.

Stylish hotel with great service and a good location- close to everything, but tucked at the end of the beach where it is a little quieter for lounging. Good quality of food available, and also walking distance to a selection of other restaurants- which were all great. Would defintiely stay again.

I can't praise the staff of the Hoteĺ Riomar enough for making our recent stay of a week such a success. Situated at the quieter end of the town promenade, a short walk from the harbour, the hotel is in an ideal location. From the moment of our arrival every staff member was welcoming, friendly and prproactive in looking to make our stay memorable.

Totally exceeded expectations! The staff could not be more friendly and helpful. The room was spotless. Being right on beach was just amazing and breakfast with the view was so special. Beautiful beach hotel with lovely friendly and accommodating staff. Gorgeous pool and beach facilities and great food and drinks. Events on throughout the week to keep you entertained. We really enjoyed it. Concierge was super helpful and the lifeguard at the pool was great - even helping older guests out of the pool when they needed it. So thoughtful. Would definitely recommend and return!

This was the most comfortable hotel I’ve stayed at in Europe in a while. The check-in process is seamless, the staff is super helpful, the grounds are beautiful and the food and drinks are amazing. No complaints and would 100% return.

Can’t speak highly enough of this hotel. Pure luxury from the moment you walk in. All the staff are great. We have stayed in a few hotels at a similar price point and for us this wins by a way - the hotel has soul; It feels down to earth not showy. Pay the extra for the sea view if you can - just fabulous.

Fantastic stay at the Riomar

Had a wonderful stay in the Riomar. The room and balcony were very good. The pool and private beach area were great and I can’t thank all the staff enough, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful especially Marco the concierge and the daytime receptionist who’s name I didn’t get. They really went above and beyond to look after us and make sure we had a great stay. We’re already planning to come back next year!
