Staff was not really helpful . Elevator to parking garage was broken , had to use front entrance but entrance was locked because it was full . Staff did not communicate with guest effectively to fix the issue . Rooms smelled musty and moldy .

The only complaint I have is I don’t think they were expecting as many people as they had the days k was there. It was spring break and they should have been better prepared. The continental breakfast was left without food for more than 30 min at a time. People waited for food to come out, but it wasn’t enough. It came out lil by lil and people were left without food.

Great hotel, reasonable price, not too far from downtown, some fast food dining nearby and next door, parking was plentiful, overall the facility showed a little age but not bad, I’d stay here again.

The tile in the bathroom was broken and every time it was stepped on it wobbled. The parking spots were small and hard to park in. Everything else was fine.

4th or 5th time staying here. Rooms always clean and comfy bedding. Never stayed on 1st floor and would rather not again but other then that would stay again. People above are not always the quietest. Breakfast was out of all the hot food both times we checked but could see that staff was working on it. Great for the price too

The hotel itself was very good, but the area around it is old & has a lot of homeless people. Tthere was a local diner we walked to that had good food, but every other restaurant was fast food.
