With capacity for up to 8 people, this property combines comfort, privacy and excellent location. This spectacular property has five bedrooms. On the ground floor, three double bedrooms, one of them with bunk beds, another with two single beds, and the master bedroom with king size bed, large dressing room and en suite bathroom with shower. This floor also has another bathroom with bathtub. Upstairs there are two single bedrooms, one of them equipped with a sofa and a study area, as well as an additional toilet, ideal for long stays or group stays. The outdoor area includes two private gardens with a total surface area of about 200 m², perfect for sunbathing, enjoying the fresh air or relaxing by the private pool. There is also a table and chairs for outdoor dining. The living-dining room is spacious and cosy, with sea views and Smart TV. The independent kitchen is fully integrated and equipped with all the necessary appliances. It also has a parking space for your convenience.
