Beautiful house with private pool and imposing sunny terrace with garden and ocean views, located in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, a quiet residential area only 9 minutes from the centre. Spacious, bright and fully equipped, it is perfect for a relaxing holiday, a family getaway or as a base for teleworking. With capacity for up to 8 people, this property combines comfort, privacy and excellent location.  
  
This spectacular property has five bedrooms. On the ground floor, three double bedrooms, one of them with bunk beds, another with two single beds, and the master bedroom with king size bed, large dressing room and en suite bathroom with shower. This floor also has another bathroom with bathtub.  
Upstairs there are two single bedrooms, one of them equipped with a sofa and a study area, as well as an additional toilet, ideal for long stays or group stays.  
  
The outdoor area includes two private gardens with a total surface area of about 200 m², perfect for sunbathing, enjoying the fresh air or relaxing by the private pool. There is also a table and chairs for outdoor dining.  
  
The living-dining room is spacious and cosy, with sea views and Smart TV. The independent kitchen is fully integrated and equipped with all the necessary appliances. In addition, the property has fibre optic WiFi (600mb), ideal for working remotely, studying or simply enjoying the best digital entertainment during your stay. It also has a parking space for your convenience.  
  
Strategically located between the north and south of the island, with good motorway connections and all services just a few minutes away by car: supermarkets, restaurants, leisure areas and beaches such as Las Teresitas, Radazul or Bocacangrejo. A house designed to enjoy Tenerife with all the comforts.  
  
The property has a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, juicer, toaster, washing machine, hairdryer, clothes iron, towels and bed linen, cot and high chair, and much more.
