An authentic beachfront paradise, next to Las Gaviotas beach. The Playa Chica building, of unique architecture, is nestled at the foot of a cliff in the Anaga Massif area, it is a protected natural area that was declared a 2015 Biosphere Reserve by Unesco. This natural park is the place with the greatest amount of endemisms in Europe with a great diversity of natural habitats, among which the laurel forest stands out. The apartment is spacious and cozy, with a large terrace on the beach and stunning views, it has a master bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with a sofa bed, very bright living room, fully equipped kitchen, dressing room, small terrace and a full bathroom The complex has a large solarium with hammocks, tables, chairs, toilets and community showers. The beach right there (just take the elevator, how more spoilt can you get ...) The spacious and warm apartment most generously equipped with everything one could wish for and a lot more, including the huge fruit platter. And the lovely town of San Andres just a few kilometres away, with very good food and still authentic atmosphere. But the best was the incredibly wonderful welcome by Monica and her dad Luis, patiently explaining everything and going out of their way to make the guest as comfortable as ever possible. Ranta heti suoraan edessä ja pieni puutarha sekä pelikenttä ja aurinkotuoleja. Asunnossa kahdelle tilaa on mukavasti, toinen makuuhuoneista on melko pieni, mutta päämakuuhuone on avara ja valoisa ja katossa on mukavasti viilentävä tuuletin. Parveke on suuri (tai oikeastaan niitä on kaksi) ja aina löytyi paikka halusi sitten aurinkoon tai varjoon. Keittiössä on kaikkea mitä tarvitaan ja se oli myös hyvin siisti, samoin kylpyhuone. Yllätyksenä meille tuli se, ettei matkapuhelinverkko toiminut asunnossa. Netti sen sijaan toimi hyvin. Die beiden waren sehr nett, haben uns persönlich empfangen und uns alles erklärt. Die Unterkunft ist mit allem ausgestattet was man sich wünscht und traumhaft gelegen am nahezu privaten Strand, mit eigenem Parkplatz. Es gibt einen riesigen Balkon von welchem man direkt aufs Meer schaut. Die Lage ist super, wenn man etwas abseits des Massentourismus sein möchte, dennoch hat man mit San Andres ein kleines Fischerdorf mit Restaurants in der Nähe und auch Santa Cruz ist nicht weit entfernt. Für unseren Sohn hatten sie ein Reisebett aufgebaut und auch für Badehandtücher war gesorgt. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, wir fühlten uns entspannt vom ersten Moment an und kommen gerne wieder! ##### melanie o. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, Monica und ihr Mann haben uns gleich freundlich empfangen und mit wichtigen Infos versorgt. Auch für unsere Tochter wurde gut gesorgt (Kinderbett und Spielzeug). Der Balkon ist riesig mit Ausblick auf dem Ozean. Die Wohnanlage hat einen privaten Strandabschnitt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in San Andres und Santa Cruz.
