"We were visiting from San Francisco, looking for a little beachfront condo to spend spring break, and did we hit the jackpot. This place is in a fantastic location, just steps from Capitola Beach. It's also nicely furnished and well stocked. We will definitely be staying here again."

"We loved our stay in the beach condo! Super quiet, comfortable, clean and well-stocked. Walkable to beach. There were chairs, boogie boards, wagon and beach towels. The place is on the back-side of the complex overlooking a canyon/trees. Extremely quiet. Pool, covered parking and laundry room close-by. Kitchen and bath fully stocked. We had everything we needed. The only thing mentioned in the description that wasn’t available was A/C. It was only warm one night but otherwise was perfect...

"My son stayed there for 6 months while attending UCSC. The spot is fantastic. Waking distance to restaurants and stores.10 minute walk to a gorgeous beach. It’s too bad he couldn’t enjoy the place during the summer as the home is in such a great spot. We were very happy with our host Diego as well as the rental. Highly recommend."
