This graceful mountain chalet, rentable only in whole, boasts a particularly sunny position, in the middle of the nature, with a spectacular view on the Dolomites. The property is set on two floors: The ground floor features the access to the chalet, a private garage, two bedrooms, of which one double and one twin room, one bathroom with shower and tub and the ski deposit. The upper floor instead offers a separate kitchen with direct access to the terrace, a small bathroom with toilet and basin only and a wide living room with direct access to the balcony, which surrounds the whole upper floor. The wonderful balcony looking southwards will allow you to enjoy the breathtaking view on the Dolomites, you also be able to relax under the sun in the wide mountain garden surrounding the property or have lunch or dinner on the spacious terrace just behind the house. The separate kitchen is ideally equipped with dishwasher, oven, cooking plate, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, kitchen utensils, cutlery, dishes and much more. If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection. The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
