Apartment with two bedrooms, furnished garden and view of the Sassolungo, located in a quiet area of downtown Santa Cristina Val Gardena. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms (both with showers), a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, double sofa bed, 3 flat-screen satellite TVs, FREE Wi-Fi. The kitchenette is equipped with a coffee machine, fridge with freezer, microwave, gas stove, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster. Also, it has a heated ski storage for the winter, which can be used as a bike and MTB storage in the summer Important information: According to recent provincial law this apartment can accommodate a maximum of: \- Adults (from 14 years): 6 \- The remaining beds can only be occupied by children up to 13.99 years of age at the time of departure Please note that this law is subject to strict controls by the competent authority and violation of it results in substantial fines. For this reason, no exceptions will be possible under any circumstances. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost. In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows). It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply. Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed. The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay. The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€. If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection. The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus. Allerdings waren diese nicht sehr vom Vermieter, der im Haus mitwohnt, erwünscht. Obwohl für jeden Hund zusätzlich nochmals 10 €/Tag fällig wurden. Dies wurde uns aber erst kurz vor der Anreise mitgeteilt. Wir sind davon ausgegangen, dass dies im Gesamtpreis enthalten ist, da wir die Hunde bei der Buchung mitangegeben hatten.
