This marvellous Chalet was built in 2022 and boasts a high-standard interior as well as well-designed spaces. The property is arranged on two floors: On the upper floor there is access to the Amie Chalet, three bedrooms, of them two doubles and a twin room and two bathrooms with showers. Downstairs, on the other hand, you will have a spacious living room with a large window looking out onto the garden, an open kitchen, a bathroom with WC and washbasin and the magnificent furnished garden, as well as the staircase leading down to the garage. An elegant wood-burning fireplace will brighten your winter evenings, letting you experience the true atmosphere of a chalet in the Dolomites. In the garage there is not only a parking space with electric car charging station but also a laundry room for free use and a private ski room. The open kitchen has everything you need for your holiday, such as a dishwasher, oven, induction hob, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and much more. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply. Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed. The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay. The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€. If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection. The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
