This apartment in the midst of nature was built in 2022 and boasts a high standard of interior and space designed down to the smallest detail. The property consists of 2 double rooms, a large living room with kitchenette (all spaces with their own access to the terrace), two modern bathrooms with shower, washbasin and toilet (one with bidet only) and a large, bright living room with kitchenette and one double sofa bed. The large terrace faces the forest and will allow you to relax while enjoying the fresh Dolomite air. The kitchenette has a dishwasher, microwave, hob, coffee machine, refrigerator, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and much more. Wi-Fi, linen and towels are provided free of charge. Important information: According to recent provincial law this apartment can accommodate a maximum of: \- Adults (from 14 years): 4 \- The remaining beds can only be occupied by children up to 13.99 years of age at the time of departure Please note that this law is subject to strict controls by the competent authority and violation of it results in substantial fines. Immersed in the deepest green, this structure was designed by Dr. Arch. Nadia Moroder and completed in 2022\. This holiday home nestles perfectly in the surrounding nature and boasts modern and unique lines, designed to amplify the well-being of those who live there. Greva does not only mean living in a property that is more unique than rare, but it means enjoying a little piece of paradise, located in the heart of Val Gardena, where the forest can be touched and the flow of fresh mountain water in the adjacent stream acts as a background to the everyday life of the Dolomites. You can enjoy the immaculate communal garden in front of the house, breathing in the pure mountain air. In summer, the first mountain trails start right in front of the house. The centre of St. Christina (where there are shops, bars, restaurants and various services) can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The same goes for the Monte Pana chairlift. Furthermore, a few hundred meters from the house you will find the famous Val Gardena Alpaca breeding farm, to the delight of young and old alike. The nearest bus stop, to discover the whole of Val Gardena, using the free tickets provided at check-in, is located in the centre of Santa Cristina. In winter, Casa Greva is just a few minutes' drive from the Dolomiti Superski lifts in Santa Cristina. Pets are NOT allowed. The house has everything you need for a perfect holiday in the Dolomites, such as an outdoor parking space per apartment with the possibility of an additional parking space by reservation and at an additional cost in the garage (subject to availability), lift, ski room with boot warmer, a communal washing machine and free linen and towels. Check-in: 15:00 - 19:00 at MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A, Ortisei Some houses have remote check-in at the house with code access, we ask you to contact us about this at least 48 hours in advance to check if the house you have booked is among them. Check-Out: In person from 8:00-9:00 at MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A, Ortisei (except houses with code access) Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance. Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C) Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost. In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows). It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply. Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed. The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay. The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€. If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection. The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
