There need mantenimiento completely Plomeria total my bathroom went broke liq water all In my room I’m use my toayas blanket the blaming lost toayas I’m make supervisora check my room there seems I’m sorry I don’t need no supplies,David the reservation desk make mi to live one night there have mating all the room s need included my and return next days to the same room this trip this time not very good

Property nice customer services excellent only some receipt,David the first days not very friendly not got service my bathroom w broken liq water all at room at bathroom I’m use my blanket not good care Floriales olds house the hotel I’m reservation not hot water the olds hotels at Santa Clara libre there staff very good customer excellent care there all ast need I’m sorry there care for water liquid s all at my room I take fotos w paid not free room please went sent reservation confirmation the hotel or Floriales good condition for customer,Thanks very much this not good experience to this need hotel station for mi went disaster w water liquid at David reservation assistant not a manager not extras toayas,extra soap I’m not happy w the care there property there need training more some there employees best care customer service,Thanks Juan

cet etablissement est sans conteste l hotel le meilleur dans lequel j ai sejourne a cuba, petit dejeuner, confort, literie ,proprete , service.......tout etait irreprochable..... a ce seul bemol pres que l on m a fait payer une boisson du minibar que je n ai pas consomme ......alors est ce une erreur ,un oubli.......
