Nice hotel, awful music...
Most of the staff were nice. The hotel could do with a few improvements like most places but it's nice enough. The pool area is lovely and a nice place to spend the day. Wifi was patchy but good 4G signal so we used that instead. Overall pretty good. The only urgent area of improvement is the poolside music. They were playing Italian gangster rap music at full volume on patched together hi-fi set up. The sound quality is truly awful. You also literally can't hear yourself think when it's playing and there is absolutely no chance of having a conversation. The pool only had a couple of young families around it and nobody was enjoying it. All good apart from that.

The hotel is not a 4 start hotel! Rooms are too old! Is not restaurant in the hotel! Bread fast is poorly! Juices tasted is mixed with water ! Only sweets ! No Beach!! ( they said beach 700 yard from the hotel!) Is only rocks!! No bar in the swimming pool !! Do not wasted your time and money going there!!

Shabby and overpriced!
We were firstly put in a very small room that barely saw the ocean, even though we paid a premium for a sea view room. There was no hot water throughout our 5 night stay. The airconditioning was externally controlled and no where near cool enough for sleeping. The staff were disinterested and dismissive. Do not stay here. Friendly staff make up for a few issues here and there, but unfriendliness just compounds problems!

Sconsigliatissimo hotel abbandonato senza manutenzione alcuna da anni (al massimo due stelle non di piu ) scarico del wc guasto (abbiamo usato un secchio con acqua per pulire il water) aspiratore in bagno guasto (bagno cieco immaginate gli odori) telefono in camera guasto , insomma un disatro Andate all Est Hotel a pochi metri ma davvero fantastico , nuovo e ben gestito

Niet goed en geen service parkeren was duurder terwijl deur stuk was we zijn 2 dagen eerder vertrokken wat dus genoeg zegt en geen compensatie ook het ontbijt was niet goed en het ergste pads voor espresso in Italië dan houd het voor mij echt op kom hier nooit meer

Solitamente passiamo le vacanze estive in Puglia, e ci piace spendere qualche giorno visitando le bellezze di questa regione. Quest’anno abbiamo deciso di passare un paio di giorni nel “profondo sud” e abbiamo scelto questo hotel a Santa Cesarea Terme. La struttura è situata in alto rispetto al paese, quindi si gode di una bella vista, e grazie ad una breve scalinata si arriva sul lungo mare, dove poter già accedere alla struttura dei bagni termali. Altrimenti a pochi minuti con la macchina si raggiungono altri incantevoli posti dove il mare e la natura la fa da padrona. La stanza ampia e dotata di tutti i confort descritti, era pulita, ma avrebbe necessitato di qualche attenzione in più. Angoli di battiscopa staccati, alcune passate di vernice “molto rapide” e cornici del bagno da incollare, non sono passati inosservati, ma di sicuro non hanno reso il soggiorno meno piacevole. Di sicuro era in procinto di essere risistemata a fine stagione. Colazione abbondante e fornita sia di dolce che di salato. Personale sempre gentile, disponibile a dare suggerimenti e pronto a proporre i servizi addizionali offerti dalla struttura a prezzi competitivi. Bellissima piscina all’aperto dove rilassarsi e bere un piacevole e fresco caffè salentino. Purtroppo, non posso dire nulla della SPA non avendola visitata né provata. Suggerisco ai proprietari di introdurre una breve visita della SPA al momento del check-in, se l’ospite gradisce. Sicuramente da tenere presente per prossime vacanze.

Non funziona da 4 stelle
Vi abbiamo soggiornato dal 22 al 25 agosto. E una bella struttura ma purtroppo trascurata. Carente la pulizia, specie nelle camere. Il personale è cortese. Il direttore presente e risolutivo.....ma non basta! Avendo scelto un 4 stelle pagando € 135 a notte, le aspettative erano ben altre. P.S. l'accesso alla SPA è a pagamento.

Disguido al check in circa le misure del letto matrimoniale (problema risolto dopo aver contattato hotels.com). Disguido al check out circa l'emissione della fattura su prenotazione prepagata(problema non risolto , non ho ancora la fattura). Doccia rotta e fatiscente.Insonorizzazione delle camere inesistente. Un Materasso scomodo, l'altro un po' meno . Spa (a pagamento) ridicola. Colazione e gentilezza del personale punti a favore.

Quando l incompetenza rovina la reputazione
La.struttura è veramente bella merita 4 punti su 5. Lo staff meriterebbe 0. La professionalità non sanno cosa sia, hanno in mano una Ferrari ma guidano col patentino della vespa. Problemi su problemi Senza sapere risolverli ma andando avanti per inerzia. Spero che dal prossimo anno la gestione torni alla proprietà.

relax a Santa Cesarea
Buon punto di partenza per una vacanza al mare del Salento. L'albergo degradante verso il centro di Santa Cesarea e affacciato sul mare ha spazi comuni eleganti e curati, camere essenziali ma accoglienti molte con balconcino vista mare, piccolissima SPA ma spettacolare piscina nel verde posta su un costone naturale con vista mozzafiato sul paese e sul mare. Servizio e colazione nella norma, buona l'accoglienza e la professionalità del personale.

I would not recommend this hotel.
Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The pool is beautiful. Some of the staff is most helpful. Others are not. The village is small. We received a 20% discount to access the sea for a swim. Stayed there for 15 minutes only. Not a great area. The spa at the hotel ... not worth it. Nor was our manicure. Breakfast is fine, like most others. The young ladies that work there are lovely and try hard, but the area is old, non functioning and not clean. I would stay in Lecce or Otranto. Lovely. We drove south to Santa Maria di Leuca - lovely. I would not stop at this town and definitely try a different hotel.

Bella struttura ma malgestita
Bella struttura attrezzata con bella piscina e bella sala colazione, ma personale dirigente e addetto alla reception non professionale e non preparato. Ci hanno chiamato per farci prenotare un servizio che non ci spettava dicendo che era incluso e quando all'arrivo abbiamo chiesto chiarimenti si sono riservati di verificare ma non ci hanno poi dato alcuna risposta. Ci è stato detto che abbiamo sbagliato a prenotare perchè il double bed prevede due letti separati e non uno matrimoniale (?!). Camera mal tenuta e non confortevole (manca il pomello nel comodino e si rischia di farsi male con lo spuntone, il reggidoccia ti rimane in mano e non c'è sufficiente pressione nell'impianto idraulico).
