Great reception staff and breakfast cafe staff. Incredibly helpful and professional.
The hotel itself was made with good materials like marbles and woods but everything is stained and damaged. Really horrible experience walking on old dirty carpet.s and seeing walls that need painting everywhere. Really needs an interior designer to help them put it back together nicely. People spend their very hard earned money and don't want to feel like their in a dilapidated environment.

Great stay in Reggio Calabria!! Breakfast was outstanding!! Staff went far & beyond….. there were no parking spots out front when we arrived. Amazing gentleman at front desk moved his car so we could park! Even cleaning staff… young man was amazingly kind and engaging! Would recommend hotel
100 %!! We had Jr Suite sea view … room large, bed comfy and very clean!

"The room was fine and I appreciated the breakfast goodies and the hot water. Here are some suggestions.There needs to be a bath mat in the bathroom and the bedside lamps need to be fixed.The description should include that stairs with no banister need to be climbed to reach the room."
