You will reach it from the parking area without having to climb any steps. To stay at Casa Iorana D you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge in a parking space. Direct Access to the Sea From the property you will have a direct access to the sea and to a beach, which offers a restaurant and a cafe and changing rooms. The area is equipped with a sun umbrella, two deck chairs and external showers. The access to the sea is shared with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use. The facilities are available from the end of June until the beginning of September. Please note that the use of the facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally. Garden The garden is 5000 square meters (54000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees and by gazebos. It is equipped with tables, chairs and an hammock. Here you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a fascinating view of the beach and of the sea. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the sea. Living Room You will be able to enter the living room from the kitchen. The ceiling is vaulted. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. The room has two windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Kitchen The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio. The room also has a window. Bedroom You will be able to enter the bedroom from the kitchen. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room also has no windows. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Bathroom The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen. Please kindly note.
