Primeiramente, quando chegamos, a recepcionista nos disse que não estávamos no hotel certo, mas nos incentivou a pagar mais para ficar lá. Ela levou muito tempo para explicar tudo, muito lentamente, o que me irritou. Sou inglesa, mas falo português fluentemente, e tínhamos viajado o dia todo, estávamos exaustos e queríamos tomar um banho e descansar, então isso me incomodou. Além disso, havia um bar bem em frente que tocava música ao vivo até por volta da meia-noite, quando começou o karaokê. Quando terminou, todos os hóspedes começaram a chegar, fazendo muito barulho, e conseguíamos ouvir tudo, pois as paredes eram muito finas. Acordei exausta muito cedo porque a equipe de limpeza também fazia muito barulho. O café da manhã era suficiente, não posso reclamar, mas, no geral, não foi uma boa experiência.

Se eu tivesse pago menos de 1/3 do que paguei, estaria satisfeito. Mas, o Hotel se coloca como uma excelente estadia, com fotos magníficas. As fotos são completamente enganadoras, nada do que se vê nas fotos, você vai encontrar lá. A experiência foi terrível, primeiro me mandaram a um quarto inferior ao que eu tinha reservado, depois não tinha água no quarto, depois quando achei que tudo estava resolvido, descobri que o que eles chama de piscina, estava completamente suja e impossível de ser usada. O bar do hotel que é um dos atrativos da cidade, estava indisponível para um evento. O estacionamento fica em um local externo ao hotel. E quando achei que não tinha mais o que reclamar, não consegui dormir bem pois o quarto é extremamente barulhento e pegou todo o barulho de um carro que estava tocando funk na rua. Enfim, um dos piores hotéis que já fiquei na vida. Não recomendo em nada a gastarem o dinheiro de vocês neste lugar. Procurem por outras opções.

A estrutura do hotel é muito bonita e cuidada, arquitetura histórica está bem preservada. Diz ter sauna mas nao estava funcionando e a area da psicina precisa de mais manutenções e limpeza. O quarto deixou a desejar, chuveiro ccom vazao desregulada, cheiro forte , tv com poucos canais e controle fraco. Apareceu barata no quarto. E o cafe da manha tb muito simples e pouca variedade. Esperava mais pelo valor cobrado nas diarias.

Excelente!

Foi uma excelente estadia, chuveiro muito bom. Não tinha cama de casal, eram duas de solteiro unidas, porém elas tinham alturas diferentes, o que ficou um pouco desconfortável. Mas no geral vale a pena. O casarão é lindo, bem cuidado, e os funcionários muito cordiais, destaque para a moça que nos atendeu no café da manhã e fez ovos mexidos deliciosos.
